Principal's Welcome

Dear Friends & Families,

Welcome to the virtual home of North Catholic High School!  I am proud to have served the Diocese of Pittsburgh as a teacher for more than a decade, and I am humbled to serve as the Principal here at North Catholic.  We here at North Catholic are committed to continuing the great traditions of academic excellence and authentic faith formation that are the bedrock of Catholic education. As you peruse the website, I am sure you will find a vast array of information regarding our remarkable academics, our championship-yielding athletics, our award-winning extra-curricular activities, and most importantly, our firm faith foundation.

 

I continue to be impressed with the incredible dedication of the faculty and staff of North Catholic, who day in and day out, work to make the experience of each student here unique and fulfilling. Every student has the opportunity to be successful, whether that be in one of our 20+ AP or CHS courses, performing center stage during the spring musical, exhibiting God-given talent on the field, court, or ice, or changing lives through community service.

 

In addition to our state-of-the-art facility, our school has adopted a STREAMM+ Integrated curriculum which will help to prepare your son/daughter to succeed in life well beyond the halls of NC.  Our comprehensive core requirements lay the foundation for post-secondary academic success and our broad selection of elective courses will enable your son/daughter to experience more focused course work in the areas of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine.  All of this is offered in the context of a Christian faith community that fosters intellectual dialogue in the pursuit of truth.
