Markie Russell, NC '25, represented the North Catholic Dance Team in London, England last week as an All-American dancer where she performed at their New Year’s Day Parade. Markie was part of a select group of All-Americans who were identified at Varsity Spirit summer camps across the country.
The London New Year’s Day Parade attracts over 10,000 participants from the USA, UK, Europe, and beyond to delight a street audience of over 500,000 and TV audience, which reaches more than 500,000,000 annually.
