North Catholic welcomes transfer students
Prior to applying, we encourage you to come in for a tour and even shadow for a day to learn first hand if North Catholic is the right school for you.
*Please note that all final enrollment decisions rest under the sole discretion of the North Catholic Administration.
HOW TO APPLY
In order to be considered for transfer admission, students must complete the following:
STEP ONE: Create an Online Admissions Account
Creating an account is for new families who do not have a child within our system.
STEP TWO: Complete Online Application
STEP THREE: Submit copies of Transcripts
Please print the transcript release form and send it to your child's current school for completion.
STEP FOUR: Upon the review of a transfer student's transcript, the school will provide an assessment in mathematics and writing in order to determine admission status and/or course placement. (Our admissions staff will keep you informed of the progress of your application.)
STEP FIVE: Arrange for an interview with administration. To schedule, please contact our Admissions Department
Immunization Regulations
Pennsylvania Law and Seneca Valley School District requires that all immunization mandates be completed prior to the first day of school.
Children in ALL grades (K-12) need the following immunizations for attendance:

Children in ALL grades (K-12) need the following immunizations for attendance:
- 4 doses of DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis (1 dose on or after 4th birthday)
- 4 doses of polio (1 dose on or after 4th birthday and at least six months after previous dose given)
- 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- 3 doses of hepatitis B
- 2 doses of varicella (chickenpox) or evidence of immunity
- 1 dose meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)
- 1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) [if five years have elapsed since last tetanus immunization]

Grade 12 ADDITIONAL immunization requirement for entry:
- 2nd dose meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) They must be at 16 years of age or older. (If the first MCV was given at age 16, then they only need one)

Applicants must be in good academic standing with no disciplinary issues in order to be a candidate for admission. Applications of prospect students will be evaluated and determined on a space available basis.
Once the application components are completed, students will receive a letter indicating their admissions status. Upon acceptance, there is $700 non-refundable deposit required to officially enroll in NCHS. (This deposit will be applied towards your tuition balance.)
