Interested in learning more about our enrichment camp?  Here are a few helpful details to provide more insight regarding the program:

What COVID precautions will be taken for campers?

We will continue to follow CDC guidelines.  We will have temperature scans at the beginning of each day, and masks will be worn by all participants and leaders.  We also have many sanitation stations throughout the building, and we have disinfectant spray that we treat common spaces with between each transition.

How large will the groups be for the camps?
Groups of students will be 12 or less.  If we have more than 24 registrants, we will break into three groups of students cycling through the activities.  In the afternoon, the students will be in a large group doing the active programming in large spaces.

Do campers experience each of the different activities each day?

Yes, each activity will take place roughly 1.5 hours each day.

What will be involved in the 'athletic' portion of the camp?

The “Athletics" portion in the afternoon will involve character/faith formation and provide a chance for campers to be active and to group-centered games together.  If weather permits, these activities will be outside.

Will the campers bring their own lunch each day?  Where will the lunches be kept and where will they eat?

Yes, campers will pack a lunch.  This is part of the COVID protocols and minimizes common touch surfaces.  Lunches will be kept in the cafeteria in a large refrigerator.  They will also be eaten in the cafeteria.

How many North Catholic teachers will be present at the camp?

We will have 6 teachers present, 3 admin, and each session will leverage student leaders to help execute their activities.  These student leaders will be trusted high schoolers who are knowledgeable in the area.
